How do I fill out the form?

To fill out the pick sheet you must simply place the point values next to the teams you think will win. The page should error if you assign points to both the home and away team, if you use a value more than once, or if you assign a value besides those available.

The Monday night total is your guess for the total number of points scored by both teams playing on Monday night. This is used for tie breakers. (Pretty much only useful at the end of the season.)

The Name field is used for the Player name that will identify you in the pool and must be between 3 and 8 characters long.

Finally the e-mail address will be used to send a copy of your picks to you. Be sure to keep a copy of this e-mail in case I have problems with the transmission. I've mostly eliminated this problem, but problems do still arise on occasion.
